Tennis

Tennis can be played as a sport or as a recreational activity with friends and family. It's a great activity to maintain your health, fitness, strength and agility. An hour of play burns around 600 calories for men and 420 calories for women. In addition to the fitness and physical health benefits, tennis also provides numerous social and mental health benefits as well.

Pickleball

Combining elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, Pickleball is a fast-growing game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple, and the learning curve is not steep, making it a great introductory sport. But rest assured, it can also be quite the challenging, fast-paced, and competitive game when you become more experienced at it.
